Our members are assigned a dedicated Sales & Experience Specialist who will be your main point of contact for any issues, questions, or concerns. They will work closely with you to ensure you’re getting the most out of your membership and are available to assist you with any membership and platform-related inquiries. Your specialist is here to provide personalized support and guidance as you navigate your membership benefits.
Members can cancel their membership at any time before their next monthly fee is collected. No refunds will be issued, and your membership will remain active until the end of the month in which the cancellation request is submitted.
